To get the best possible experience from the patient portal.

1. Make sure that pop up blocking is turned off in your web browser for viewing the portal.

2. Make sure any installed antivirus and or anti-spyware solution you have installed on your computer is not blocking the patient portal. Newer solutions that protect your computer may not understand what the portal is and possibly invoke a protective measure against it without your knowledge when you are logged in.

3. As an added measure you can also add the patient portal to your trusted sites list which runs a lower security setting.
